In the footsteps of Herr von Ribbeck on Ribbeck in the Havelland, a pear tree stood in his garden (Theodor Fontane) ... You can find the beautiful Ribbeck Castle built in neo-baroque architecture. It is located in the idyllic Nauen district of Ribbeck in the Havelland district in Brandenburg. The surroundings, the small town and the small, well-kept park around the castle invite you to take a leisurely stroll. A beautiful place that is worth visiting when you are in the vicinity. If you also love pears, you can enjoy them in good cakes in the café opposite. Parking spaces are available nearby for a fee. If you liked or helped the recession then I look forward to a LIKE your Sina.
Nice castle. Great renovated.
Always nice to take a tour and see how the old core develops from year to year
Well embedded in the village. The building appears to be newly renovated or well maintained. The culinary side of the house is still tasted ...
Well implemented. Around the castle were information boards and descriptions of the poem and pear tree. The 30 years of reunification in particular provided additional information.
Surprisingly well and beautifully described. Also very nice are the statements made by Ribbeck students about their teacher around 1910.
Nice and well-kept, worth seeing, well explained with display boards, several catering options. But unfortunately unsuitable for me as a wheelchair user, as the historic cobblestones run through the whole area. Only the castle garden has gravel paths.
Brings Fontane's poem to life. Felt animated by the pear tree
Great destination for young and old. You can do a lot here, e.g. Take a walk, visit the museum or have a picnic at the playground. There are restaurants and cafés for physical well-being. Good start or finish point for bike tours and hikes.
Very well-kept and clean facility, a friendly service made the visit perfect, I can recommend it
Definitely worth a day trip! And around them there are no cafes with delicious pear tarts and cakes. The exhibition in the house is lovingly designed.
Every Fontane lover will come here - what then? There is nothing to see in the castle. There is a restaurant and a shop there. Unfortunately, the range in the shop can still be expanded significantly. The church and the cemetery are recommended.
The castle with the exhibition is really worth a visit. Fontane invites you. The historical burial place of the Ribbeck family can be entered. Castle restaurant is delicious too. 16 pear trees from 16 federal states adorn the palace garden
A little too well renovated, but otherwise nice ...
old castle in new splendor, the castle with the pear trees, the old school and the church next door must be seen! a legend in Havelland !!!!
Very nice, well-kept village with a castle and cafes Own distillery in the village A trip to Ribbeck highly recommended, easy to reach by bike.
Herr von Ribbeck on Ribbeck in Havelland, A pear tree stood in his garden And came the golden autumn season And the pears shone far and wide, Stuffed when it came down from the tower at noon Von Ribbeck's two pockets full, And came a boy in pantins So he called: "Boy, know a beer?" And when a girl came, she called: "Lütt Dirn, Kumm man röwer, I'll lift a pear. " I always heard the poem from my father. Now we have visited this place together. Very nice place.
We had our civil wedding in the castle. Wonderful location, both the castle staff and the registrar did a great job and looked after us that day! With a subsequent champagne reception, nothing was left to be desired! A big thank you!
Lovely people and delicious food. Had a fantastic Pear cake, wish I had brought an extra slice.
Who doesn't know Fontanes Herr von Ribbeck ... a very beautiful castle, a beautiful place, a beautiful garden. Almost everyone will find something to buy in the farm shop ... a distilled pear schnapps and other delicacies.
Schick.
Very friendly service, excellent chanterelle soup followed by a perfect veal fillet with tagliatelle and chanterelles. The pear mug also goes down well as a dessert
